William Albert Poblitz, age 80 of Monroe, WI, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 1951 at Monroe Hospital.
William was born in the Town of Metomen, WI on May 11, 1871, the son of John and Henrietta (Breit) Poblitz. He has resided in the vicinity of Ripon where he farmed, and the past 17 years in Monroe.
William is survived by two brothers, Fred and Frank Poblitz and a sister, Dora Bobzin all of Ripon, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Per William's wishes, there will be a private funeral on Thursday, July 26, 1951 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, with Reverend Carl L. Stuebenvoll officiating. Interment will follow at Reeds Corner Cemetery.
