William Schulz

William Frederick Schulz, age 91, of Ripon, WI, passed away on August 10, 1992, at Continental Manor Nursing Home in Wisconsin Dells.
Mr. Schulz was born January 29, 1901, in Germany to Helmuth and Albertine (Krause) Schulz. He was educated in Germany and came to the United States in the 1920’s. On June 24, 1933, he married Bethel Hyde. He worked at Speed Queen in Ripon for 36 years. For 27 years of that time, he was a foreman in the machine shop. He retired from the plant in 1969.
Mr. Schulz was very proud of his family and is survived by two sons, Gerald (Carol) of Ripon and John (Barbara) of Wisconsin Dells; ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and one brother, Ernst Schulz of Germany. He was preceded in death by his wife on August 20, 1990. One sister and one brother also preceded him in death.
Funeral services for William Schulz will be held Wednesday, August 19, 1992, at 11:30 a.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. The Reverend Harley C.W. Tretow will officiate. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services at the funeral home.
