Wilma Mae Alvin, age 66, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on January 28, 1986, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
Wilma was born June 27, 1919, in Wautoma, WI, the daughter of Harry and Edna (Schultz) Moore. She was educated in Wautoma and Green Lake schools. Wilma married Wilton Alvin on September 17, 1937. She worked as a cook at Carvers for 45 years. Wilma was a member of Our Saviours United Church of Christ in Ripon.
Survivors include her husband, two sons, Richard of Sarona, WI and Michael of Madison, WI; two grandsons; five sisters, Chelsie (Vernice) Sawyer of Oshkosh, WI, Mabel Alvin of Green Lake, Viola (Robert) Arnold of Carmarillo, CA, Norma (Harold) Gatzke of Ripon, WI and Mary (Julius) Schulke of Eldorado.
Visitation for Wilma will be held Thursday, January 30, 1986, from 3 – 5:00 pm and again from 7 – 9:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Wilma will be held on Friday, January 31, 1986, at 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with Reverend Dieter Tometten officiating. Interment will follow at Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake.
