Zane Reddell

Zane Parker Reddell, 79, Fond du Lac, passed away Friday evening, February 4, 2005 at Rolling Meadows in Fond du Lac, WI.
He was born April 30, 1925, in Waupun, son of Lauren and Ruth (Webster) Reddell. He attended and graduated from Waupun High School. Zane worked at Speed Queen in Ripon for 23 years and later retired from Giddings and Lewis in Fond du Lac as a security guard. He was a past member of the Waupun Methodist Church.
His interests ranged from the Corvette Club to raising show dogs to coin collecting.
Zane was a beloved member of his surviving sister’s family, Marian (Lawrence) Wurtz. He will be greatly missed by his niece Cyndi (Peter) West and nephews, Mark (Cheryl) Wurtz, Ludwig (Jane) Wurtz, Lance (Janice) Wurtz, Lockwood (Judy) Wurtz. He is also survived by 19 great-nieces and nephews and their children. His parents and a cherished niece, Melinda Wilkes, preceded him in death.
Zane will be remembered with love by all of us, always.
A private memorial service will be held at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon with The Rev. Marlin Mohrman officiating. Inurnment will be in Grace Land Cemetery, Mayville.
